Toffee Apple Dip

*From Tricia Folsom

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg. Skor toffee bits (Or 3 Skor/Heath bars, chopped)

Mix together and serve with apples.
